Purchased for for $1.783m in November 2009, 9 Gourlay Avenue in Balgowlah has flipped back on the market with a whole new face. Matthew McEwan and Simon Hardaker of McGrath Mosman have the listing. They’re asking “over $3m”, which seems like a fairly generous price considering the renovation was mostly cosmetic (floor plan analysis indicates minimal structural changes). Then again, the owners deserve a profit because it’s a mighty fine house indeed.
