Oyama Avenue’s Sell-Off
What’s happening on the Manly harbourfront? First, the historic mansion ‘Casa Mia’ at number 3 listed with DA approved plans for a 4-unit luxury apartment block, now the historically insignificant number 11 a few doors down is on the market. Weirdly enough, Phillip Vicq and Sal Cavallaro of LJ Hooker Manly are seeking $4.5m+, a price uncomfortably higher than their neighbours at Casa Mia. As far as the Radical Terrace is concerned, the listing doesn’t reveal any inherent benefits of number 11 over Casa Mia, save for the potential of less neighbourly animosity during the apartment transformation.
The listing: 11 Oyama Avenue, Manly
