Is 15 Months Worth $150k in Paddington?

Only 15 months after 336 Moore Park Road in Paddington sold for $1.7m, it has emerged back on the market; this time, Chris Volpatti of McGrath Coogee wants $1.85m for it, a $150k increase in price. With a market that seems to be stagnant - at best - the price increase is a little “uppity”. 

To note: the house has no car parking. OUCH
