First off, we have Craig-y-Mor gossip. Oh, Craig-y-Mor. The key thing to come outof this articleis the estimated $5m cost for building the new structure. Which, really, means that the Chinese owners effectively just purchased a plot of land for $32.4m on non-waterfront Point Piper. Not surprisingly, the house rendering looks thoroughly awful.
