About The Radical Terrace

The Radical Terrace is me: Kyle Gerrity. Nice to meet you! I’m a life-long real estate enthusiast who hails from Cardiff by-the-Sea, California. After high school, I studied at Trinity College, University of Melbourne and Georgetown University where I graduated with a Certificate in Australian and New Zealand Studies in 2006. 

After Georgetown, I moved to Sydney where I was an Investment Banker with Morgan Stanley. In 2010, I moved to New York City - where I currently reside - to co-found Slader, an online educational platform.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new neighbourhoods and trying to understand the historical forces that lead specific neighbourhoods to evolve the way they do. I always enjoy chatting with other real estate enthusiasts; please feel free to reach out to me at radicalterrace [at] gmail.com.
